(a) ONE-OFF TAX SERVICES

• Registration of companies with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) for corporate tax filing as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) and Withholding Tax (WHT) tax compliance services.
• Assisting companies to commence its monthly tax returns for Value Added Tax and Withholding Tax (WHT).
• Registration of companies with the State Internal Revenue Services for deduction and remittance of staff payroll taxes.
• Registration of companies with the National Pension Commission (PENCOM) for pension contributions and remittances.
• Registration with Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) for contributions to the National Housing Fund (NHF) Scheme.

(b) RECURRING TAX COMPLIANCE SERVICES

We provide corporate tax services on an annual basis in the following areas:

• Income tax computations for each year of assessment (This supplements the work of the External Auditors), completion of Self-Assessment Form IR3C-4Coy and or Tax Pro Max filing and procurement of income tax clearance certificate (TCC).
• We prepare from the audited financial statements and other information the company’s annual transfer pricing (TP) returns, together with all supporting schedules and, where necessary, amended returns.
• We deal with all communications including Desk Reviews by the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) on the tax returns filed by a company.

(c) AD HOC SERVICES EXCLUDED FROM RECURRING COMPLIANCE TAX WORK

If we are requested, we also provide the following tax compliance services

• Management of payroll taxes ensuring regular and prompt remittances to relevant State Internal Revenue Services
• Ensuring that monthly VAT and WHT returns are Deduction and remittance of Withholding tax (WHT) and VAT
• Transfer pricing documentation services.
